Welcome to Sparky.club! By accessing our website, creating accounts, or using our iOS homework helper application, you (the "Parent" on behalf of yourself and your children) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Accounts and Parental Responsibility
Accounts must be created and registered by a parent or legal guardian. The parent assumes full responsibility for any children's profiles created under their account. Parents are encouraged to configure account limits, review chat summaries, and monitor weekly emails from Sparky.
2. Subscription Billing & In-App Purchases
Sparky premium subscriptions are available as Standard and Family plans.
- Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis.
- Apple App Store: All iOS app transactions are processed securely through Apple's in-app purchasing framework. Subscriptions can be managed, upgraded, or cancelled at any time inside your iOS Settings app.
- Refunds: Payments are processed by Apple; refund requests must be made directly to the Apple App Store under standard Apple policies.
3. Permissible Educational Use
Sparky is designed as a learning aide. Kids should use Sparky to help understand homework concepts. Using the app to execute malicious exploits, spam the tutor engines, or ingest inappropriate material is strictly prohibited and will trigger automatic account locks.
4. Limitation of Liability
Sparky uses generative AI tools to provide tutoring assistance. While we fine-tune prompts to ensure accuracy and educational relevance, we do not warrant that all answers are 100% correct. Sparky is not a substitute for formal school instruction.
5. Updates and Contact
